hello, i don't know, why this request wasn't noticed yet, but i will psot it again and i would be very happy about any answer. i have some midifiles from an old computergame, which are, as usual for this kind of files, falsely scaled. I mean, that the notevalues are indeed coherent, but they are not connected to the "real" beat of the midifile in any way. So it should be the perfect case to use the "rescale"function. Theproblem is, that the ratio that i have calculated is 43/59, which are bothprime numbers, and both higher than 16. I'm still using Rosegarden 40.9.1, so if this problem is already solved in later versions, please just inform me about this, because then i could download the latest version. The problem is, that i don't know how to enter this ratio (43/59), because the highest possible numbers in numerator as well in denominator are 16, and because they are both prime numbers, there is no possibility to enter it as a product of some smaller ratios (for example 165/182 could be entered as 11/13*5/7*3/2, although 165/182 can't be cancelled down). is there any other possibility to enter the rescalefactor? maybe in the latest version? thx in advance and best regards, simon Telefonieren Sie schon oder sparen Sie noch?
