I would guess an RG problem.  I haven't confirmed this, but I can confirm that 
when loading my old file that's now shipping with Rosegarden 
(perfect-moment.rg) the plugins don't come out right at all.  I just filed a 
bug on this.  My DSSI hasn't changed in a long time, and this is a new 
problem.

Probably.  I really haven't gotten around to sitting down to test it in a 
pointed way.
