Hi all, I've compiled and run; jack 0.99.0 qjackctl 0.2.12a fluidsynth 1.0.5 qsynth 0.2.2; & rosegarden 0.9.8 They all seem to run okay. I've messed around with qjackctl's settings and matched them to qsynth's to get a good balance of low latency and actually working. Everything seems fine, except when working with RG I occasionaly get requesters saying "JACK is losing sample frames". It doesn't happen all the time, it seems to happen more often when several windows are open (eg the notation editor and the main window). I think it's possibly just that my setup is a bit slow and I could live with the occasional click in playback without the requesters popping up all the time. Is there anyway to turn off RG reporting that JACK is losing sample frames? AND/OR Are there anymore ideas about helping JACK to not drop frames other than what I've read in this list and on other sites?
