Targeted ROP analysis

In case you are only interested in a specific analyis (e.g. antibody profiling) you may use use the following options :

• --repeat. Run lost repeat profiling ONLY
• --immune. Run antibody profiling ONLY
• --circRNA. Run circular RNA profiling ONLY
• --microbiome. Run microbime profiling ONLY

To run antibody profiling for toy example use the following command:

python rop.py --immune example/unmappedExample.fastq example/test/
