#4 Gnometext on all workspaces

Currently the Gnometext only appears on one workspace,
in spite of the Roottext.

As Roottext is much more slower, an some times not an
option, it would be great to be able to put the
Gnometext on all workspaces at the same time, or maybe
move the window when you change betwen workspaces (a
window for each workspace would be a waste).

I believe this is normally a feature of the window manager.
There is a program called devilspie that can be used to do this.
