#77 dt Pdf Fit problem in RooFit v2.07 and above

dt pdf, namely, RooGaussModel, is supposed to be `self-normalized'. But we have seen problem with attached macro, if we do not use conditionalObs. The fit results are different with and without conditionalObs even in RooFit v2.06 and below.
