Hi,
the answer is YES. We're developing the new View Aspect that produces XHTML
1.0 strict + CSS2 in order to support accessibility and great customization
using CSS2 technology.

This module is being developed by Romulus consortium (
http://www.ict-romulus.eu) and the first public release should be available
in September.
