In a next release ROMA should give the possibility to
order fields (ASC, DESC) in the table of the Listable
class, to allow users to view the result of their
researches.

You can select the ordering mode by your query. However I'll
should modify the Roma Table to be a full SortableTable
component of Echo2 to reach what you ask it.
