Summary: Portlet support

Initial Comment:
Roma needs a easy way to create portal divided in multiple portlets.

Each portlet should be configurable by the user. Should it support JSR 188 and next? Maybe. Surely not by first releases since it should be a very light smart solution using POJO only and new Ajax render modes.
