Summary: JSP View Aspect

Initial Comment:
We need the new JSP View Aspect.

I'm thinking to release the following components:
- Tag Library with at least 2 tags:
  1) Field
  2) Action

- Light Controller that maps Actions to Method and POJO
Field to POJO Properties

The idea is: create your JSP (probably rename it from a
HTML given from a good graphic collegue) and place the
ROMA's TAGS. Done. Roma will do the rest!
