#1 After installation I am unable to logon

I have created three accounts in LDAP to run the
rolodap and none of them are capable of logging into
the web interface or from outlook. I keep getting an
incorrect login or password. However I can connect as
manager in GQ and see the whole LDAP database and see I
am typing the right password.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
