#2 Remedy Integration Settings Toolbar not showing

I nstalled this product and toolbar is not found. Do
you have any documentation on this product?
Any ideas how I may be able to get it to show up?

    Stop and restart Outlook and that should do it.

    Thanks, I tried that. I also checked both of the profiles
    that I have and cannot see it on either.
    FYI I am running Outlook 2003 SP2
    On Windows Xp

    I'm not sure what else to try, short of uninstalling and
    reinstalling (with Outlook closed during that?). I
    haven't heard of this problem before - I'm running the
    same versions as you.

    It may be possible that something is configured on your
    machine to disallow COM Add-Ins. If you bring up Help-
    >About and click on Disabled Items, does it list anything?
