Applied patch for better troff output by Ralf Meister
Fixed some warnings that showed up when compiling with gcc version 4.3.1

config.h should not be in Source/makefile.am
it is created on the users computer by running configure

Changed // into /* */
Fixed some buffer overruns found by valgrind

Added function to test for loops within the header structure.

Bumped to 4.99.38

Fix to make make distcheck work again, cause some
files were removed but where still int makefile.am

Bugfix: Some of the LaTeX special characters were not quoted correctly.

Removed dead code.

Fixed typo in CVS tag.

Removed support for MSVC and BCC. This keeps the code simpler and robodoc acts more unifically. Also dumped the option --ms_errors.
