Bug fix... robodoc did not recognize links that contained a / and ended
with a "," or "."

Changes date from June to July... as we are in July now.

Compressed the .ps file. Added more links to examples and to sourceforge pages.

Added info for the new version 3.2.2

Added info on the case insensitivity of the remark markers.

Made the search for remark markers case insensitve
added testcases to testheaders.c to check this functionality

The index is now generated with catagories such as variable, function,
class, method, etc.

Makes .ps file from .tex docs
