When making simple robots that do not shoot, the game kills them automatically.
It would be useful for testing and debugging purposes to be able to turn this behavior off.
Perhaps the easiest way of implementing would be to add to existing
-Ddebug=false
-Ddebug=true
one more option
-Ddebug=true_no_autokill
but it could be added as an independent option as well.
