I have created a robot using Java for Robocode and my friend is using .NET. Will I be able to import his robot to my battle field after creation.

Yes, this is possible. If you run Robocode on Windows and have both Java and .NET installed + the .NET plugin for Robocode, then you will be able to let both Java and .NET based robots participate in battles. :-)
