#22 Bad buildJikes.sh in 1.1.1

While trying to launch the editor Robocode tried to
build Jikes, but failed. It looks like this was
caused by ^M characters in buildJikes.sh. Removing
the ^M characters allowed the script to run.

I'm using ubuntu dapper i386, jdk 1.5_06.
