#1 SqlCeConnection is missing Open()

In SqlCeWrapper you are non opening and closing SqlCeConnection (in methods Open & Close).

if(_sqlCeConnection.State != System.Data.ConnectionState.Open)

I'm afraid I'm still getting use to SourceForge and didn't notice this bug report until today. I will look at this sometime this week and either fix the bug or post a more thorough response.

Also, I attempted to hook up the Bug tracker to an e-mail address so that I am alerted on new bug report submissions.
