#3 Adds a Measure tool
This patch adds a measuring tool to roadnav. To
activate the tool, select Tools | Measure. Left click
the mouse on the map to start measuring. A tracking
line will be displayed connected the starting point to
the current mouse point. The statusbar text will be
updated to so the distance between the start and
current mouse point.
Select Tools | Measure a second time to turn off
measurement mode.
If you find this to be a worthwhile tool, I can improve
it by adding toolbar buttons and some additional tools.
