The goal of this patch is to be able to provide a version of the documentation that can be viewed in a web browser. This can be easier to view on non-RISC OS platforms and can be linked to in online discussions, and should in theory be indexable by search engines.

A couple of additional notes:

The HTML header and footer are currently embedded directly into DefMod itself - it might be useful to allow a template file to be specified.

There currently isn't an index file, nor is there a list of files in the sidebar.

I'm not sure how best to implement either of these, so I'm open to suggestions.
