I'm having a problem with your RMX Media Edition for Winamp. It seems it doesnt recognize my SB X-fi MIDI port and therefore doesnt pick up my remote control. I figured this was a Vista issue, but RMX Standalone detects the port and picks up my remote without problems.
I figure this problem shouldn't be too hard to fix, as they must be similar applications, no?
I hope you manage something, cause I can't use the Standalone edition as I would use the Media Edition. Both apps are awesome though, i just seem to have this glitch.
Thanks

Edit:
I managed to fix it! I copied intelliremote.dll from the Standalone program and replaced the one in the Media edition. There must have been something wrong?
I hope I made it easier for you.

Edit#2:
Serious issue. If I try to use any of the knobs on my outer X-fi console while Winamp is on it INVARIABLY crashes.
If I then press any button on my remote or outer console, I get a windows crash and BSOD.
The knobs are Master volume, 24 bit crystallizer, CMSS3D, EAX, and 3DMIDI. All of these options can be changed through the remote, but due to random lag it's much more practical to do it through the outer console when near.
I was wondering if there was a way to solve this? RMX obviously minds if these options are changed through the console instead of the remote. I don't mind the Winamp crashes so much, but the UNAVOIDABLE BSOD after the Winamp crash is... unnerving. I suppose it's hard to do anything without the console itself (X-fi elite pro) but maybe I can provide some data you need?
Also, a minor bug, even if volume up, down and mute are set to NONE they still change my winamp volume accordingly:S I had to change them to Script and leave the fields blank, but it still didnt help with the Mute button.
Also, when I click on a drop down box to select, for example, how many track or seconds to skip, I see only gibberish characters, so i have to enter it manually.
None of these bugs happened with RMX general purpose control. However, I can't seem to find it anywhere. Could you email me an old installation file? Thanks.

Edit#3:
Sorry, for the possibly overwhelming info, but the Script trick actually did work with the Mute button, as well, so I'm fine with that now.
Hope you can let me know about the other things.
Thanks.
