All plugins currently in existence are shipped with the "official" release, so no, there are no such plugins so far.
Of course the underlying R language supports such analyses, and you could run them directly in the console window. You may want to have a look a this documentation: http://cran.r-project.org/manuals.html if you have the time for it.
