#2 Test for ICI-RR based instances too general

In ReportPreview.cs the test which determines which set of stylesheets to use merely tests whether the string "ici.org" appears in the instance document. The test actually should actually be checking the DTS to see whether a schema with the namespace http://xbrl.ici.org/rr/2006 appears, since there could any number of other kinds of instances that might happen contain the string "ici.org". For example it might have been generated by a dumb application that puts the namespace prefixes of all XBRL International acknowledged taxonomies into the instance, just in case they are used somewhere say in a Context element.
