#36 Can't build rivatv

I can't build the rivatv module on my system.
OpenSuSE 11.2, x86_64
Kernel 2.6.31
rivatv CVS version checked out at 2010-03-19

Looks like important header files are missing, but I don't know which package to search.
Attached is a log.
I have also tried the 0.8.6 version with the same result.
