#12 TNT(2) scale problem when grabbing

the TNT(2) sorf-scaler is not quite right, yet.
grabbing with xawtv and rivatv-cvs 20021015,

problems are:
1) it chops the rightmost part of the image for
horizontal window sizes not a fraction of the source
resolution (i.e. 704x576 for PAL).
2) it shows strange multi-line interlace effects when
the vertical size is not a fraction of the source.
3) no up-sdcaling, so sizes bigger than the source only
get a black frame around the image with the source
resolution.
