inizio scrittura prima codice gambas

connessione sqlite e check tabelle se esistono o no.
loro creazione se non esistono.

manca da completare le altre tabelle (ok cliente, RIT quasi completata manca da sviluppare le sottotabelle ore, ricambi e percorsi)
