[ripperX-devel] SVN diff disabled for ripperx-commits

I've modified the svn-notify hook not to include the contents of the svn 
diff on commit notifications.  These are little less useful than I thought 
they'd be (and require moderator approval when then exceed 100kB).

If anyone would like to see them, I'll create another list, 
ripperx-commits-full, and configure a notification hook for it.
