Under Mandrake 8.1 I got Blade working okay.I tried Ogg Vorbis and the progress bar looked like it was working, it took a fair amount of time doing something so I guess it must have found the oggenc but the resulting files had mp3 extentions and were of 0 size. Any known fix?

try looking around where you didn't tell it to
save your files at, my system encodes and the ogg
files appear in my home directory rather than my
My Music directory where i told it to. The 0kb MP3
files appear in the directory where the ogg's were
supposed to go(or 128k if you tagged them) hope that
