The RSS 2.0 syndication feed needs to note when it was
last updated, using the lastBuildDate tag.

I already have a fix for this ready, but am entering
this bug so I can keep track of what changed for the
upcoming release.

It will be marked as fixed when the next release
(0.86?) is made available.
