#3 program closes after few seconds

I installed the software on a Lenovo P52 to maybe solve a problem with my audio device (https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028620552-Quantum-Disabling-C-States-on-a-Windows-10-computer), however whe I run the program it closes itself after a few seconds
