Also is there any other aps out there other than CPUgenie that can alter core voltage like this one. And not the motherboard or Intel ones I mean small apps like this one. That unlock features and utilize them.

RM Clock version 235 supports Pentium M 725 and 745, but it seems to set the core voltage wrong for Pentium M 755: It is set to highest (1,35V) for all multipiers in the multiplier/voltage list. Is there a way to overcome this for Intel Pentium M 755 - 2 GHz (RH80536GC0412M) SL7EM CPU?

The main feature of PPM Panel is advanced System Processor Power management support. It was introduced sinse Windows Vista. Please use RMClock for all legacy stuff because PPM Panel does not duplicate it features.

1.Commonly speaking, no. It's not possible.
2.It's not possible for everyone. So, the releasing does not make sense.
RMClock source code contains some information provided by processor vendors under NDA.

AFAIK, the latest ThrottleStop can tweak FIVR on Intel Haswell and later models.
Anycase this is not an appropriate place to ask such questions.

All architectures before Core/Penryn are not supported. Penryn support is under testing yet. use RMClock.
