#13 Installing Richtext

Hi,

i just downloaded richtext-0-3-0-beta-1.tar and have
unzipped it into a empty folder. What is my next step so
that i can start using it? Or rather how am i going to use
it? I see numerous files in the folder but there isnt any
install file. Please help me because i am really lost.
