Is correct... I have problem with IE7
Change your security settings (Tools | Internet Options | Security) for the relevant zone to "enable scriptlets" and then the editor works just fine.
I've encountered this problem too. As well as Allow Scriptlets, you also need to set "Allow previously unused ActiveX controls" to enable.
Don't forget to restart IE after making these changes
