#3 East European characters are lost during open&save

Hi
I am using RichNesse0.8.4.
When opening existing page using RichNesse, east european characters čćžšđČĆŽŠĐ show up as čćžšđČĆŽŠ�?.
When saving this page from RichNesse I get è枚ðÈƎŠ??.

Even though Firefox shows Unicode setting it looks like something goes wrong during Save and Open from Richnesse.

Yes, I have the same probleme.

Apparently, it's doing it on Linux and Mac. I think it was working on windows, but I'll have to check.

This is realy a stop for me to use Richnesse.
