3Delight consider back slashes as a begining of escape sequence. And Sler 0.2 (0.1 does not support 3Delight) from CVS has not been tested on Windows. I will test it out before release.

I'm using sler with 3delight on win32, and I'm getting errors like the following due to the directory separator '\' escaping characters in my path:
