The 'rj' show and tell experiment has moved into subversion with the first updates in a number of years. This project is in an 'end of life' phase with minimal maintenance in support of the one site still running 'rj'. See svn::README.txt for more info.
While rhinojetty is still in development, pre-alpha, a CVS dump will build. See `build.txt'.

CVS doesn't build, it's getting very old waiting for a major rewrite. the architecture there is too slow on jetty. a new server in being rewritten.
The RJ JavaScript servlet is basically working. Still needs features to round out real world capabilities, but the performance is actually quite good. I've seen java application servers that are slower.

From CVS, `org/rhinojetty/bin/rj' is a shell similar to `js' but with `print()' as different from `println()', and a per- class `help()' system with template based formatting.

for the moment, stuff in cvs doesn't necessarily compile, much less work. it's just time to start backing- up my work.

Initial information will be available with the first release.
