RHIDE under X-windows does not support the "User
Screen" feature.

This feature could be simulated on xtem using
enter_ca_mode/exit_ca_mode escape sequences.

Turbo Vision 2.0 implements it for XTerm, but this isn't
    enough.
    This mechanism doesn't:
    1) restore the full state, some details doesn't even have a
way to be restored. That's because UNIX terminals weren't
designed to save/restore the full state.
    2) allow debugging an application that uses the same trick
(another Turbo Vision application, less, mc, etc.).
IMHO the best solution is to use a separated XTerminal for
it, or maybe a terminal emulator inside RHIDE.

Check out the for_tvision_2 CVS branch.
RHIDE linked with TV 2.0.2 creates its own window when using
X so you dont even need "user screen" (it is visible all
the time in the original window from where you started RHIDE).

    This bug should be closed.
