#16 Can't compile sources on i386 RH 9.0

I'm trying to build from sources the RHIDE 1.5 package, using
the tar.gz file off Sourceforge.

I'm running an Athlon 500 MHz machine, with 128 MB Ram,
Redhat 9.0 *full install*.

I've done the following steps as root:

1) compiled RH Tvision package, with make, make install.
Everything gone well

2) compiling setedit 0.5.0 off sources, giving to configure
the --libset option. Then make, make libset, make install
for setedit package
Setedit is running correctly

3) GDB 5.3 sources are available

4) Uncompressed the RHIDE sources, and run ./configure.
After running configure, I got a first error involving
commands.cc. I needed to remove the reference to
"cmcUpdateCodePage" on the bottom of file.

5) Running make again, after a while it complaints
about missing X11 libraries. On Redhat 9.0
they are located on /usr/X11R6/lib and not on /usr/X11/lib.
I created a symbolic link ....
Can you add the check for /usr/X11R6/lib too?

6) I've run make again but this time I got the following error:

make -f rh_comm.mak RHIDE_OS_="Linux" CFLAGS=""
