#121 Quick volume control

Hi,

I like all those 'wheels' in Rezound, but I think there lacks one...

I really like to see a button on 'wheel' for quick volume control eg to change volume like in 'normal' players like amarok and alsaplayer..

+1, an output main control volume would be great especially when working with JACK.
