#77 promptForJACKPort seems to hang

I've submitted this to debian before (see #289534).

When I click OK in the JACK port selection dialog, rezound just
hangs. Commenting out the for loop after CJackSoundPlayer.cpp:
166 solves the problem. rezound starts properly and outputs
through JACK. (I need to connect it via qjackctl before.)
