#130 wrong jack connections

When I start ReZound the automatic jack connections are wrong on my system.

output 1 AND 2 are connected to playback 1.

Instead of output 1 to playback 1 and output 2 to playback 2.

Major bug.

Can't reproduce (rev https://sourceforge.net/p/rezound/code/2027/ on Debian Jessie). Connections are fine here. Might need to tweak the ~/.rezound/registry.dat as a workaround.
