#124 "wheel widgets" move but don't function with mouse wheel

"wheel widgets" (sorry for the name, but I don't know any better): The rectangle-shaped UI elements for e.g. zooming that look like you turn a horizontal wheel when you drag them.

They move optically when using the mouse-wheel on them, but don't change the parameter they're actually used for.

How to reproduce:
- Move your mouse cursor over the horizontal zoom wheel (on the left side).
- turn the mouse-scroll-wheel.
- The widget turns, but nothing happens.
