#111 Glitch when processing with some LADSPA plugins (SC4,SC1)

Hi,
Here's the issue. Generate a sine wave (with 50Hz freq)
at maximum (0dBfs) amplitude (Make sure there is no
crossfades, so the amplitude of the first peak is
maximum). Process it using SC1 (Ladspa) with the
default settings. Look at the glitches on the maximum
and minimum values.
