#14 Pasting graphics from other programs gets reduced

Make selection of some graphics in Photo Shop or Graphics Converter, paste it into cicn resource and pasted bitmap is reduced/scaled down by 1-2 pixels.
The same bug happens in Constructor (that is why I tried Rezzila).
