#7 dll not found on win2000

I've installed coorectly using default path; and made sure
all dll's and exe files for regina and rexxtk are in
c:\winnt\system32 (which is in the PATH)

But still the RXFUNCADD fails :
Could not find any supported Tcl/Tk DLL.s

Both Regina and Rexxtk .EXE files can be accessed
anywhere , so the PATH works.

    And are the Tcl/Tk DLLs installed correctly and in the PATH
    ? You should first run the Tcl/Tk demo programs first to
    ensure that Tcl/Tk is installed correctly.

    I have the same issue, apparently unresolved. Is Rexx/TK
    dead?

    I have the most current regina and rexxtk, with tkl 8.0, as
    pointed to from the rexxtk page.

    When I attempt the demo, it tells me :
    Could not find any supportted tcl/tk dlls.

    the installation routines add them to the path variables, and I
    verified they are there. Any clues?
