#16 SQL. stem not populated

I am working with REXX/SQL 2.5 w/ SQLite3 under Windows
XP Pro SP2. I previously used the REXX/SQL 2.5 beta.

SQLCommand is not populating the SQL. stem when no
statement is included in the function call. The beta
version worked as documented.

This affects all database ports.
As a workaround, add a statement name of 'SQL' as the first
parameter to the affected function.
