#1 Casting Error during "Change encoding"

When double clicking a file in a Rexx project receive the following error just before the file opens in the Rexx editor within Eclipse.

An internal error occurred during: "Change encoding".
org.jymc.rexxdev.eclipsecore.editors.RexxDocumentProvider cannot be cast to org.eclipse.ui.editors.text.TextFileDocumentProvider
