Hi Sascha, unfortunately, there are still some bugs in the graphical CoMoGen-Wizard. Some were fixed recently in the SVN version. If you really want to use it, you could get the latest version of the Framework from SVN (see Download side). Otherwise I would suggest you do the extension manually for now, like in the tutorial. I am confident that we will have a new release soon.
