It's not a patch, but rather a bash script to create .rscollection files.
Nothing from RetroShare is required, depends on bash, sed, GNU coreutils. Not tested on OSX yet.

Should be usefull, but I haven't really thought of anything explicit.
I threw in a reference to the GPL3, but any GPL should do.
