#124 Preserve timestamps of shared files

Give users the option to receive and preserve file system timestamps of shared files. It will allow to synchronize files between users while preserving the modification time. At least include the timestamps into *.rscollecton files to give users the possibility to transmit the timestamps easily via collection files.
